At Volcanic Rock Flour, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our Volcanic Rock Dust and Volcanic Rock Flour. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (if applicable).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Items returned without prior authorization
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Custom or bulk orders unless defective

For approved returns, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
